Do you provide ongoing support after framework implementation?
Yes. The Institutional AI Ethics Programme includes twelve months of advisory support with biannual governance reviews. For organisations who have completed other engagements, we offer retainer arrangements for ongoing guidance as your AI systems and governance needs evolve.
How do you approach data privacy in your consulting work?
We maintain strict confidentiality protocols and sign non-disclosure agreements as standard practice. Our review processes are designed to assess governance structures and policies rather than accessing sensitive data directly. When system evaluation is necessary, we work with sanitised or synthetic datasets where possible.
What is included in the pricing?
Our pricing includes all consulting time, stakeholder interviews, document reviews, framework development, workshop facilitation, and written deliverables specified in the service description. Travel within Singapore is included. Additional costs may arise only for third-party tools, international travel if required, or scope extensions requested by the client.
